| When the project scope, specification and implementation plans cannot be precisely defined at the outset or requirements may change dynamically during the project implementation process, The Skill, Time & Material model provides the flexibility of modulating the size and workloads of the development team assigned to your project, while optimizing time and costs. Under the Time & Materials option, QuantM offers its skilled resources, and the development effort is billed at the end of every month based on the pre-negotiated and mutually agreed contract. Hence, the total project cost is determined by the amount of time and resources expended. This model is ideal for on-site services where a high level of human intervention is needed. |

| Our full time resource is available to you in this model at your infrastructure location. In this model, full time resources that are available at QuantM are handpicked by you according your requirements. Once you have selected a resource compatible with your requirement, the resource works at your onsite location for any infrastructure activities. A significant advantage of this model is that you have complete control over project management and can utilize our resources according to the peak and troughs of your requirements. |

| Incident support Contract is designed to meet the needs of midmarket customers with no or small datacenters and software development organizations. An incident is defined as a question relating to a specific, discrete issue and may involve several interactions with Technical Support prior to resolution. QuantM offers Incident support for your IT infrastructure allowing access to support as you need it. With Incident support Contract, customers can receive specified number or for a specific time period incident support on agreed component of infrastructure. Customers can choose to log cases and receive responses either through the web, phone or onsite depending on the incident and contract. |
